We would like to point out that for the purpose of an easier shopping process and for later contract processing, the webshop operator uses cookies to store the IP data of the connection owner, as well as the name, address and credit card number of the buyer.
The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. There will be no data transmission to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing bank institutes/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/forwarding company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations. After the cancellation of the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the case of a contract conclusion, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the fiscal retention period (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will be stored beyond that until the expiry of the product liability (10 years).  The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the DSGVO.

The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google. A transfer of this data by Google to third parties only takes place due to legal regulations or within the scope of order data processing.

Our concern within the meaning of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence.
